A late summer afternoon
Visited a Farmer’s Market in Toronto (I forgot which one lol). I’m used to sort of the lavish grandeur of L.A. Farmer’s Markets and honestly, I feel like L.A. spoils you on pretty much everything. But there’s something way more charming about these small markets in Canada. First of all, the actual farms are very close by, so it feels more like you’re really getting things from the source. In L.A. I often felt like these markets were more “hipster bougie” since everything was so overpriced and expensive. Not that it was any cheaper in Toronto, but everything just felt a lot more farm fresh. I think “quaint” is the word I’m looking for.
